Welcome to online registration for the Canada Stand at SXSW 2010.

The CIMA program at SXSW 2010 includes a range of business services and events to maximize your investment in SXSW. The fee to participate in the CIMA program is $150 for CIMA member companies and $200 for non-members. (Your one company fee allows all your registered company delegates to participate in the Stand and at the Business Suite as well as all the important invitations to key networking events.)

If you are not a CIMA member or you haven’t registered with us previously - you will need to create a username and password. After that, you will be taken to the registration form. Should you need to edit or add additional information to this form you can return to update inputting your username and password (please keep a record of this login in your files) in the login box above. Click here to create your username and password and continue registering for the Canada Stand.

Please Note:

• For CIMA Members, the login above refers to your "Members login", for Non-Members who have registered with us before it is your "Trade Show Profile login". If you have misplaced your login information please email trisha@cimamusic.ca.

• Filling out this registration form does NOT register you with SXSW. However, after you register with the Canada Stand a link will be provided to register with SXSW if you have not already done so. This link will include your discount (rates vary) off SXSW registration for each of your company delegates.

• All registration fees are non-refundable.
• Initially, you must register with at least one specified participant.
• You can login above to add additional participants after your initial registration.
• The registration process for Canada Stand at SXSW 2010 is:

1. Use the online form to register your company, participants and catalogue profile - if you were registered with us last year your previous years information will carry over into the form. Please carefully update that information to relfect your 2010 registration.
2. On the same registration form you will also be asked to upload your company logo here (high quality 300 dpi jpeg or eps file).
3. CIMA will issue an invoice for the full amount by email.
4. After you submit your Canada Stand registration form a link will be provided that will take you directly to the official SXSW Canada Stand registration area.
