CIMA looks ahead with the launch of a new Strategic Plan
CIMA members attending the Annual General Meeting were presented with a new three-year Strategic Plan for the organization. This plan sets the stage for CIMA’s priorities, with a strong emphasis on key strategic initiatives that will serve to strengthen the organization and provide more intrinsic value for the membership and to the industry as a whole.
CIMA’s new vision is: Through transparency, trust and integrity, CIMA will be an advocacy leader, representing the national interests of the Canadian owned independent music industry, while providing targeted services for the economic benefit of its membership.
CIMA will take positive steps over the next one to three years to accomplish the goals and objectives in this Strategic Plan. If successful, the following statements will describe the organization:
